Returns & Exchanges
At K&K Vape Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, disposable vapes, drip tips, or opened products unless they are defective.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photos or a video of the issue to process your claim. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- E-liquids, coils, pods, and disposable vapes (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Clearance or sale items (final sale).
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Package Your Item – Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original condition.
- Ship or Drop Off – If returning by mail, you are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
